- Account information such as name, email address, Google account identifier, and profile image when you sign in.
- Device and runtime metadata such as hostname, operating system, runtime version, timezone, enrollment state, and last-seen time.
- Agent session metadata such as agent name, status, runtime mode, task label, project path label, timestamps, and exit status.
- Security event summaries such as blocked destinations, policy decisions, credential-present flags, and event timestamps.
- Website and console technical data such as IP address, user agent, logs, diagnostics, and cookie preferences.
3. Information designed to stay local
ShellFrame AI is designed so the cloud console does not need real API keys, raw .env contents, source code, prompts, request bodies, or full file contents. These items should remain on the developer machine unless you intentionally send them outside the product.
4. How we use information
- Operate the console, runtime enrollment, policies, commands, and security reporting.
- Authenticate users and restrict access to approved accounts.
- Detect abuse, debug failures, improve reliability, and protect the product.
- Communicate about beta access, support, security, and product updates.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with infrastructure, hosting, authentication, security, analytics, and support providers that help operate the product, or when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
