1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to ShellFrame AI websites, console, runtime, installer, APIs, documentation, and related services. By using ShellFrame AI, you agree to these Terms.
2. Private beta
ShellFrame AI is currently a private beta security product for AI coding agent workflows. Features may change, break, or be discontinued. Do not rely on the service for regulated, safety-critical, or production-only controls unless we separately agree in writing.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use the product only for lawful security and development purposes.
- Keep your accounts, devices, install tokens, and access credentials secure.
- Review generated policies and runtime behavior before relying on them.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, attack the service, or use it to harm third parties.
4. Local-first design
ShellFrame AI is designed so real secrets and raw project files remain on the developer machine. The cloud console receives metadata, policies, session state, install tokens, command requests, and security event summaries needed to operate the product.
5. Accounts and access
Access may require Google sign-in and may be limited to approved users. We may suspend or revoke access for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or product operations.
6. Intellectual property
ShellFrame AI and AgentSecure software, branding, websites, and documentation are owned by their operators or licensors. You retain rights to your code, secrets, and project files.
7. No warranty
The product is provided as-is and as-available during beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete protection from all secret exposure, or compatibility with every agent, shell, operating system, or workflow.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ShellFrame AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, security incidents, or business interruption.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material updates will be reflected by changing the date above and may require renewed acceptance in the console.
